

You will be the first impression of our students and clients. Your mission is to ensure an impeccable experience, from the first contact to ongoing support. You will play a central role in organizing the teachers' and administration's schedule, supporting events, and managing daily administrative tasks.
Customer service: Receive and assist students and parents, whether in person, by phone, email, or WhatsApp, with friendliness and efficiency.
Administrative management: Organize the schedule of teachers and the administration, schedule meetings and trial classes, and help in organizing events.
Operational support: Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, keep student records updated, and ensure the proper functioning of the school.
Communication: Write emails, announcements, and other correspondence in English and Portuguese, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Fluent English (native or C1/C2 level): It is essential that you communicate with complete confidence in English, both in writing and speaking.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in executive assistance, secretarial, or customer service roles.
Organizational skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proactivity and autonomy: We want someone who takes initiative and solves problems independently.
Excellent communication: Skill to express oneself clearly and professionally, with empathy.
Knowledge of digital tools: Proficiency in tools such as Word, Google Docs, ChatGPT, Gemini, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Passion for the English language and culture.
Experience in a school or teaching environment.
